Our Medium sized Spruns fits youth track shoe sizes 1.5 - 10. The honeycomb shaped interior is designed to accommodate Needle and Pyramid spikes sizes 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", and 3/8." This product is not intended for running, jumping or bounding.  Do not machine wash or dry. To clean use a damp cloth.
